Monthly Service Tiers
All tiers include a dedicated Controller, a dedicated staff accountant, and a monthly Controller call. Your team knows your business — and you'll have direct access to the people doing your work.
$795 / month
Best for pre-seed and seed-stage companies that are pre-revenue or early revenue with straightforward financials and a small team.
$1,095–$1,595 / month
Best for seed to Series A companies with active revenue, growing headcount, and increasing financial complexity.
The $1,095–$1,595 range reflects engagement complexity within the Growth tier. Simpler Growth clients fall toward the lower end. More complex clients — higher transaction volume, 3 payroll states, active revenue recognition, board package — fall toward the upper end. We document the basis for your placement at the start of your engagement.
Custom pricing
Best for companies with high transaction volume, multi-entity structures, complex revenue models, or significant AP/AR needs.
A one-time fee equal to one month's service applies to all new engagements. Covers system setup, COA review, QBO configuration, historical data review, and onboarding call.
Annual tax preparation is available as a separate engagement. Priced based on entity complexity and state filing requirements. Contact us for a tax services quote.
Add-On Services
The following services are available as add-ons to any monthly tier or as standalone engagements. All work is scoped and estimated in writing before beginning.
Fractional CFO Services
Fundraising prep, board presentations, financial modeling, runway strategy, investor diligence support, and cap table guidance. Available on an hourly or retainer basis.
Fractional Controller Services
Technical accounting oversight, revenue recognition determinations, year-end close support, custom reporting, and audit coordination. Available on an hourly or retainer basis.
Tax Services
Federal and state corporate tax preparation, R&D tax credit studies, Delaware franchise tax, sales tax compliance, and multi-state nexus analysis. Scoped per engagement.
Project and One-Time Work
Books cleanup and catch-up, accounting system implementation, financial model builds, and audit support. All project work is estimated in writing before any engagement begins.
